A director since August 2016. Mr Stobart is an experienced senior executive in the consumer and industrial sections. He has extensive experience in management positions in large and complex organisations.

GARY FRANCIS

INDEPENDENT, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr Francis is a qualified Civil Engineer with an extensive background in the construction industry both in Australia and Asia over the past 35 years and of that 20+ years have been at a General Management level or above. His career has revolved around medium to large scale projects with major tier one contractors.

WARRICK RANSON

INDEPENDENT, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr Ranson is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds an MBA from the University of Oxford. Along with these qualifications, Mr Ranson has enjoyed an extensive career in the mining industry and has broad commercial and financial experience across board, C-suite and advisory roles in listed entities, large businesses and community focused organisations.

THERESE RYAN

INDEPENDENT, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Ms Ryan has extensive experience as a senior business executive and commercial lawyer, working in widely diversified businesses in Australia and internationally. She brings strong commercial sense, risk management and strategic thinking, complemented by 45 years of legal experience in the automotive and other industries.
